We were commissioned by the Office for Unemployment Insurance (AVA) to design the illustrations for their customer folder. Due to the broad target audience, it was particularly important to us to depict a wide variety of characters and to highlight different realities of life. The customer folder contains key information and forms for job seekers. Our illustrations visually support the content, make the information easier to access, and create a friendly, motivating reading atmosphere.
