A movie-worthy leadership team for a movie-worthy advertising campaign.

In collaboration with the Diaconis Foundation, we have developed a cinema-inspired campaign to draw attention to job vacancies in the care sector.

The look and the name of the campaign are inspired by the film adaptation of the Gucci empire by Ridley Scott (starring Lady Gaga). We quickly turned the "House of Gucci" into the "House of Diaconis" and put real employees in the movie star roles.

Roles that are not characterized by a glamorous look, but by their work in the Diaconis management team. The animated visuals are intended to support precisely this core message and allow the two scenarios to merge.

In addition to the centrallanding page,we relied on a wide range of channels for distribution. Programmatic and social media advertising ensured targeted ads on various online platforms. The ePanel at the train station and internal billboards were used to generate offline attention as well.
